Ameba Softwares is spawning a new concept in todays fast global world. The Ameba concept gives the company an opportunity to quickly adapt to what is needed and requested by customers today.

In the Ameba concept, the company has no true boss it works on the principle of impromptu temporary team leaders. The concept owner is generally look to as the general or Business team leader and is located currently in the United States. The general technical team leader is located in India. These two team leaders are looked at as the persons who run the Ameba Company with the owner of Ameba Softwares viewed as the deciding voice.

The company is a global company accepting projects and assignments from all over the world. The company also produces project it sees are needed in the world and produces them as well. The company markets both products to companies and individual requiring the product or service. The primary R&D is done in India where most of the technical recourses reside. The financial, business, and Quality Assurance is primarily performed in the United States. Customer Service is currently being done from the United States, but is being transferred to India soon.

Work Culture: The company is flexible enough to continue to grow on its own, but also seeks and reviews partnerships and  ventures with other companies toward the common goal of bringing high quality and technology relevant products to customers of all types. The people within the Ameba Company enjoy the work environment because the work can be performed in a tele-worker environment. As more find out about the Ameba Company more want to join. Perhaps in the future the company will be required to have a more traditional look, but the goal and concept of the Ameba Company to make work a fun thing to do for the people of the company will always remain as a company's objective.

Ameba Softwares is a sole-proprietor company created back in 2002 as a small Computer Consultancy business and Software Development company. Earlier known as Sonnet Infotech, Chandigarh, India. The Company has existed as a part time business until the owner decided to go full time into Computer Consultancy. In addition to local projects the Ameba Softwares owner along with the Technical Team leader decided to jointly launch the Ameba Company with their personal product suite under the Ameba umbrella concept. The owner of Ameba Software, Mr. Gagan Deep has over 10+ years of experience in Software Development industry.

Ameba Softwares is proud to sponsor the Ameba Company and its concepts and projects. Ameba Softwares's goal is to let the Ameba Company grow as it sees fit. The owner of Ameba Softwares is currently serving the role of the Business Team leader located in the United States.
